Sports Jock Bobby with his muscular, and what Dr.Blake refers to as "a peach of a bottom" is gradually building his pain and resiliance levels so has returned as soon as he could after his last visit to the doctor to be taken to his pain limit and then stretched a little bit further.

This is exactly what he gets as Dr. Blake, slowly and carefully, builds Bobby up and then pushes him that little bit further than he'd expected. We clearly hear Bobby squeal and sob with the pain ..... and yet he loved it.
