Gus pledged to a fraternity as part of the pledging process he was assigned chores for the house and he had to give a frat brother access to his online banking and report his expenditures to him to make sure he could manage his money.
Gus has been slacking on his chore, doing the dishes, and he also did not report a purchase he made.
Jack is here to address this! He is waiting for Gus when he gets home and wastes no time getting down to business having a talk with Gus about his actions.
It is not very long before Gus is over Jack's knee and getting his bottom tanned as a reminder to follow the house rules.
