Cooper is back. He’s an adorable 18-year-old straight boy with a bubble butt and the face of an angel. Unfortunately for him, this angel told Tom he was a shoplifter. Tom wants to break him from this behavior.
He tells Cooper to lie on the bed and then spanks him hard by hand.

Forty-five lashes with the flog very nearly drive Cooper to tears.
He’s a very sorry young man by the end of the video.
