This cheeky little guy has avoided us for a while, says he has been studying, but I somehow doubt it.
Sat there without a care, he is playing on his phone, which he knows is wrong.
So to deal with him, he has to go onto all fours ass up and take a caning.
It's a great position as the lad has to keep his balance, and once his trousers are down its also a nice view with everything dangling.
Koen has not been punished for a while, and it shows as the stripes come up quickly and easily.
Its a great return visit for Koen
