These two need a little help staying fit.
The usual caning for slacking off doesn't seem to work as well, so we added something extra: one exercises while the other gets caned, then they swap.
Nothing like seeing a mate caned to motivate the watcher, as he knows he is next. Both lads make efforts to improve as the session goes on.
Gradually stripped from shorts to underwear
and bare butt
keeps the pace up, and the lads try a lot harder.
