The spanker wants to welcome the new student Petr with a spanking; he is very scared of being spanked.
The Master also called a more senior student called Tomas who has been spanked many a time, to show that despite the pain you must be able to accept the punishment even if you feel you have not done anything to deserve it.
Tomas and Petr both take 200 lashes with the whip and belt and then they draw from the spanking lottery,
Tomas ends up with an extra 100 spankings and Petr another 50.
Both Petr and Tomas take their lashes without saying anything, trying to hide their pain but fail.
