Fletch is a 24-year-old straight boy from a small town. He has a muscular body and a round, firm butt. There’s no shortage of things for which to punish Fletch. Fletch tells Tom he’s the black sheep of his family because he has gotten into more than his fair share of trouble.
Tom straps Fletch to a spanking bench and spanks him by hand and whips him with a leather whip. Tom uses the whip on Fletch’s butt and back.

Fletch apologizes repeatedly, though Tom doesn’t know what Fletch is sorry about (other than the fact that he is being spanked).
Tom suspects Fletch doesn’t really know what he’s apologizing for, either! He just wants this spanking to end.
