Layne is at the point where he needs to step up a level and start to get some challenging punishment. 

So he is suspended by the arms and legs, legs wide apart. Then the paddle lands with a resounding thwack on his inner thigh. 

This gets Layne wailing, which he does right through the session. 

But inner thigh paddling is only part of the scene, next, he gets the belt on the junk, and this wakes up any lad.
